Autumn Walk Today we went on an autumn walk around our school field.  We found lots of  leaves of different shapes and colours.  We also found sycamore seeds and conkers. We added them to our autumn display.  We also used the leaves to do some leaf rubbings.    We had fun making  autumn collages too. 

The Queen of Hearts Our topic this half term is nursery rhymes and we have been learning 'The Queen of Hearts' nursery rhyme which is over 200 years old! Today we made jam tarts. We went out to the castle to eat them. They were delicious! We sequenced the pictures of how to make jam tarts. We also practised writing some of the letters we have learned so far.
