We Are All Special


Today we have been learning about what is special about me and other people in my class.

We took it in turns to look  inside a box with someone special inside. Once everyone had a turn we shared who the special person was. Everyone said - ' It was ME! ' There was a mirror in the box and the children were looking at their reflection.

We then talked about what makes us special and unique. Everyone  shared what they like to do and who is special to them.
























Marvellous Me!
Every week 2 children will take home and Marvellous Me bag and fill it with 5 special things to share with the rest of the class.
Mrs Koleva showed everyone her special things in her Marvellous Me bag.

Trip to the Farm Park

We fed the very greedy goats! Their tongues tickled our hands which we found very funny! We climbed up to the top of the viewing tower so we could see the whole farm park. We could see for miles too.   After lunch  we played a game where we had to sort the animals into those who lay eggs and those who don't.  We were very good at this. We went exploring in the discovery barn where we stroked a rabbit and saw lots of different animals. We also stroked the sheep who were very friendly! At the end of the day we went back onto the bus and travelled back to school.  We had an amazing day!

Sports Day and Forest School

We really enjoyed our first Sport's Day! We did lots of races including the sack, running, bean bag and hurdles.  Mr Thompson was very proud of us all.   We had lots of fun at Forest School searching for bugs. We even found a slow worm! We really enjoyed the balancing ropes and everyone was able to walk across without falling off.
