This Week in RG
As part of Mental Health Week we started each day with 5 minutes of yoga . Our favourite pose was the 'downward dog!'
We also put on our wellies and went out for a 'walk and talk' round the field and quiet garden.
In the morning we made Chinese lanterns and money envelopes out of red paper as red is a lucky colour.
In the afternoon we went into the hall and tasted some Chinese noodles and prawn crackers. The crackers were definitely our favourite!
Afterwards we danced to some Chinese music with Chinese ribbons and a dragon came to visit us! We were very excited!
