This Week in RG

 We had Round Robin's Sports Day this week and we had lots of fun taking part in all the activities on the field. Some of the children in RG won rosettes as their teams came first, second and third.


At Forest School we went on a Bear Hunt!








Then we made our own dens for the bear and he tried each one to see which was his favourite.  
He loved all of them!!

This Week at School

Our story this week has been 'The Snail and the Whale' by Julia Donaldson. We wrote some amazing sentences about the story. We also painted a whale and made a snail out of air dry putty. They looked amazing! Erikas coloured in a beautiful picture of a whale. We practiced 'taking away' sums using the children on the bus.    We also shared jelly beans between the teddy bears making sure we shared them equally! This afternoon we went on a bear hunt in Forest School.   It was lots of fun but 'We're not going on a bear hunt again!'
