Voting
This week we voted for our favourite water feature, which will go in the Quiet Area in school. We each chose our favourite one, marked it with a cross and went to post our voting papers in the ballot box.

Divali Party
Divali Party Our topic in Reception is 'Celebrations' and we have been learning about Divali the Festival of Light. Today we had a Divali Party in the hall. We tried different Indian food. It was delicious! Then we dressed up in Indian costumes and danced to Indian music. We had lots of fun!
Eco Week
Eco Week We have had lots of fun in Eco Week. In Reception we made a coral reef and all the children in the school came and put their silver coins around it. We also made a healthy smoothie on Wednesday with forest fruits, bananas, yogurt and apple juice. It was delicious! On Friday we made houses out of junk materials we brought in from home.
