Cotswold Farm Park

 We had lots of fun at Cotwold Farm Park.
First we fed the very hungry and greedy goats and sheep!



 



We saw a mother pig feeding her 7 piglets.
They were very cute.




Then we went on a tractor ride round the farm. It was very bumpy!




After lunch we watched a woolly sheep being sheared.


 




Then we went to the barn and held some fluffy chicks.
 






We stoked Mildred the rabbit.


And Ginger the guinea pig.





We saw a chick hatching out of its egg.

Sports Day and Forest School

We really enjoyed our first Sport's Day! We did lots of races including the sack, running, bean bag and hurdles.  Mr Thompson was very proud of us all.   We had lots of fun at Forest School searching for bugs. We even found a slow worm! We really enjoyed the balancing ropes and everyone was able to walk across without falling off.

Pet Day

We had a wonderful time at Pet Day meeting all the children's pets. We had dogs, tortoises, snails and a cat. They were all very friendly and we enjoyed learning all about how to look after them.

Trip to the Farm Park

We fed the very greedy goats! Their tongues tickled our hands which we found very funny! We climbed up to the top of the viewing tower so we could see the whole farm park. We could see for miles too.   After lunch  we played a game where we had to sort the animals into those who lay eggs and those who don't.  We were very good at this. We went exploring in the discovery barn where we stroked a rabbit and saw lots of different animals. We also stroked the sheep who were very friendly! At the end of the day we went back onto the bus and travelled back to school.  We had an amazing day!
