Last Week of Forest School

 This was our last week at Forest School and we had fun making homes for all the Forest School animals: Bertie Badger, Harry Hedgehog, Freddie Fox and Olly Owl.





Freddie the Fox is watching TV!



We also had fun playing in the mud kitchen and painting the trees!






We used a flint and steel to light some cotton wool in the fire pit. 









We enjoyed banging on our drumsticks and singing 'Let It Be' at the top of our voices!

Sports Day and Forest School

We really enjoyed our first Sport's Day! We did lots of races including the sack, running, bean bag and hurdles.  Mr Thompson was very proud of us all.   We had lots of fun at Forest School searching for bugs. We even found a slow worm! We really enjoyed the balancing ropes and everyone was able to walk across without falling off.

Trip to the Farm Park

We fed the very greedy goats! Their tongues tickled our hands which we found very funny! We climbed up to the top of the viewing tower so we could see the whole farm park. We could see for miles too.   After lunch  we played a game where we had to sort the animals into those who lay eggs and those who don't.  We were very good at this. We went exploring in the discovery barn where we stroked a rabbit and saw lots of different animals. We also stroked the sheep who were very friendly! At the end of the day we went back onto the bus and travelled back to school.  We had an amazing day!
