This Week in RG - Children's Mental Health Week

This week has been Children's Mental Health Week.
We have been doing lots of fun activities to help us think about how we can look after our mental health.
We have been doing daily yoga and meditation sessions which we have really enjoyed.



Each class has been given a Calm Box filled with exciting toys to help us with our breathing and affirmation cards and daily mantras which we read each day to help us feel positive.








 We also made our own windmills which turn when we blow them.








The Year 3 children shared their books with us and we enjoyed listening to the stories.
