This Week in RG


We have been looking at the flowers in our quiet garden and learning their names. We are going to make flowers out of different materials and hang them on our display boards.















This week we have been learning the 'ear' sound and we have been practicing writing words with the 'ear' sound in them.



In PE this week we warmed up with some yoga in the classroom then we went into the hall to do relay racing. We were very good at carrying the baton and passing it to the next person.

Trip to the Farm Park

We fed the very greedy goats! Their tongues tickled our hands which we found very funny! We climbed up to the top of the viewing tower so we could see the whole farm park. We could see for miles too.   After lunch  we played a game where we had to sort the animals into those who lay eggs and those who don't.  We were very good at this. We went exploring in the discovery barn where we stroked a rabbit and saw lots of different animals. We also stroked the sheep who were very friendly! At the end of the day we went back onto the bus and travelled back to school.  We had an amazing day!

Sports Day and Forest School

We really enjoyed our first Sport's Day! We did lots of races including the sack, running, bean bag and hurdles.  Mr Thompson was very proud of us all.   We had lots of fun at Forest School searching for bugs. We even found a slow worm! We really enjoyed the balancing ropes and everyone was able to walk across without falling off.
